"Customer" means a user who seeks services from Service Professionals on the Platform, makes a booking, or uses the Platform to receive or pay for services.

"Service Professional" means a user who offers or provides handyman, home repair, installation, or other home services through the Platform.

"User" means any person who uses the Platform, including Service Professionals and Customers.

For Customers, this may include: name, email address, phone number, address, service details and instructions, payment information, and any other information you provide.

For Service Professionals, this may include: name, business name, email address, phone number, address, professional information, certifications, payment information, and location data.

When you make a payment, we use third-party payment processors to handle your payment information securely. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.

We automatically collect certain information about your device and how you use the Platform, including:

4.1. Service Professionals and Customers

When you book a service, we share relevant information between you and the Service Professional to facilitate the service (e.g., name, contact information, service location, and service details).
